Crystal's MS,TM & LDN Website

I'm  a 55 yr old African-American woman. Dxed in 1993 but believe I have had live-long MS. Since 40th birthday have been on a slow, but pronounced decline.  In the last couple of years, I have moved from RRMS to SPMS.This year I had a major flare which left unable to walk without major assistance,poor balance, spascity, numb finger tips and fatigue. I have taken Avonex for last 10 yrs but have decided to discontinue it.  I am disillusioned with the accepted protocol for MS and am seeking an "alternative" path.  I believe in a modifed diet, regular exercise, vitamins.  Now I want to try LDN.  I can only hope that LDN will relieve some of my symptoms.  It will be welcomed if it can slow or stop this MS train.  Look forard to learning everything I can about tis treatment.
